What is an 'Active Offline Retreat'?

A complete digital detox with coastal hikes instead of yoga mats. Your body moves, your mind clears, and you discover what life feels like when you're not being pinged every 3 minutes.
The point isn't to demonize technology, but to break the attention-grabbing cycle that's keeping you from actually experiencing your life.

At the villa, your phone stays in our special phone locker. For those "must capture" moments during our adventures, you can bring it along (SIM card out), but I'll challenge you to be fully present instead.

For emergencies, there's always a way to be reached – but trust me, that "urgent" email can wait.

And if you're not at least a little nervous about being without your phone for 6 days, you probably don't need this retreat.

I'm not a 'wellness retreat' person...

Perfect! Neither are we. No green smoothies, no mandatory meditation, no trees hugging. Just real adventures, great food, and conversations that actually matter. No wellness buzzwords in sight.

What if I need my phone/can't go 6 days without it?

We're not a military camp, and you're here for your own benefit, so nothing is forced.  If you really need your phone, we have clear guidelines - no phones in common areas or shared rooms (out of respect for other participants). You can take a private walk if you need to check in, but most people will find that after the first day, their "urgent" matters mysteriously solve themselves. Our goal is creating a fair, phone-free environment for everyone while acknowledging real life sometimes happens.

I haven't exercised in ages... will I manage?

Don't worry - first, the trails aren't demanding, and second, you decide how far you want to go. You can always opt to catch a boat for part of the journey and meet the group at the destination. Remember - we're here for transformation, not training camp. No one's going to yell "feel the burn!" – unless we're talking about forgetting sunscreen.

What should I pack for the retreat?

Comfortable clothes (leave the fancy stuff at home), swimwear, walking shoes that don't hurt, small backpack, a good book or three, journal (if that's your thing), and open mind.
What NOT to pack: laptops, iPads, tablets – your phone and a Kindle is the limit, alarm clocks, work stress, high heels and that voice in your head that says you should be doing more.

But seriously…no wine?

Yes, seriously. And trust me, the natural high of a clear mind, deep sleep, and authentic connection beats any wine buzz. You might be surprised by how much you don't miss it (as much as you might be surprised right now reading this). Plus, you'll remember all those sunset conversations, unlike most holiday dinner conversations...

Do I have to be 'on' all the time?

Absolutely not. Need alone time? Take it. Want to skip dinner and read by the pool? Perfect. "Sorry, I'm having an introvert moment" is a perfectly acceptable statement here.

What if I don't want to participate in some activities?

All activities are completely optional - they're suggestions, not requirements. You could literally spend all 6 days relaxing at the villa if that's what you need. The retreat is yours to shape. Your inner rebellious teenager can relax – no one's making you do anything.

How many people will be in the retreat?

Each retreat is limited to just 6 people. This small, intimate setting creates the perfect balance between meaningful connections and personal space. Big enough for interesting conversations, small enough that nobody gets lost.

How do I know I'll get along with the other participants?

My website and offerings are intentionally designed to attract like-minded people who value the same experience. I'm very deliberate about creating groups that naturally work well together - I want to spend time with awesome people too! (It's definitely not for everyone, and that's exactly the point.)

Is travel insurance required?

Yes, travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Nobody plans to miss flights or lose luggage, but it's nice to be covered just in case life gets life-y.

Will I be able to maintain any changes after I return home?

We'll work on creating sustainable boundaries with technology, simple daily practices that don't require a 3-hour morning routine, and realistic ways to maintain your reset when back in "real life." Because let's be honest – life isn't a permanent retreat, but it can feel a whole lot better.

What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

What's your cancellation policy?

While deposits are non-refundable, you can transfer your spot to another person if your plans change. Like finding your doppelgänger who also needs a break from the noise – they'll thank you.

Is this retreat just for women? Any age limit?

This retreat is for women only, open to all ages ready for a reset - whether you're 30 and questioning your career path or 65 and seeking your next chapter.
